Shipping & Delivery Overview

At Bijan Exclusive Rugs, we offer free delivery on items priced A$250 and above. For items priced less then A$250, we charge A$11 for the standard delivery option within Australia and A$15 for the express delivery option. For international orders, we charge A$25 for standard delivery and A$35 for express orders.

Typically, we handle and send out all orders within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery timeframe, on the other hand, may range from 2 to 7* working days depending on the destination. Kindly take note that deliveries to Perth, Darwin, and regional areas may require additional transit time.


Upon dispatch of the ordered rug, we will send a delivery tracking number to the customer.


Refund & Returns Overview

At Bijan Exclusive Rugs, we comply with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation when it comes to handling returns and issuing refunds.

Our online purchases are subject to a 30-day return policy, and customers must ensure that all goods are returned unused and in their original condition.

We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned goods. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs, but we are more than happy to assist them with the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 37/135 Sailors Bay Rd Northbridge NSW 2063.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
