There are few times in life when you meet someone and instantly feel connected. That was our experience with Bijan, and his wife. We couldn’t recommend this company or Bijan and his family business more highly. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, just a complete and honest desire to provide to us what we needed. Bijan took the time to listen, to understand our personal style, what we were trying to achieve with our rugs and to guide us in our choices. The colourful stories and history of rugs and culture was an added bonus, and a complete delight! We could listen for hours. Price (whilst always important) was secondary in our discussions. But when we finalised the investment, we really felt we were being offered true value for money. That’s quite rare these days. Going online with their offers is such a great initiative. The rugs are simply beautiful and the prices so reasonable. You can see the colours and the quality. It’s like a smorgasbord of sensory experience! We couldn’t recommend Bijan highly enough.

I was really worried about buying a persian rug on line. The carpet arrived within the week and was really beautiful. The whole experience was easy and the result better than expected. Would definitely recommend. So impressed.

My partner and I have recently gotten our Persian rugs cleaned at Bijans. Mr. Bijan explained the process well and the service was fairly priced. We chose Bijans as they use traditional methods to handle the rugs.The rugs came back looking clean, the fibres are fluffy and well preserved. Great service.

Buying rugs from Bijan has been a great pleasure. Firstly, the rugs are wonderful, better than the photos. We love them. And they seem to be amazing value. And to top it off, dealing with Bijan and his family has been a delight. Helpful, responsive, eager to make sure all is right and just plain nice.
