Hand knotted Persian silk rug , silk pile woven on silk foundation , signed by master Falah. Kashan is one the oldest cities for rug weaving and only produce a small mount of silk rugs which are sort after pieces.
Using cream colour base makes the blue shades stand out and gives the rug a sharp and fresh look without being overpowering.

Bijan has a beautiful and huge selection of rugs. We have bought two - one Afghan old rug and a modern Pakistani rug with Persian designs. They are lovely and have changed the feel of our house. He also organised a clean and repair of fraying edges on an old Afghan rug of ours, which was done very well. I recommend his shop for his knowledge and expertise in these lovely rugs, and for his courteous hospitality.
