I wasn’t sure of the value of the rug I had and he was able to provide me with some verbal feedback which was helpful in terms of working out whether a more formal valuation was required. We bought 2 rugs off Bijan earlier this year. Since we live interstate and couldn't see them in person Ash really helped us out with options and advice in the size and price range we were after. The rugs arrived quick and were even better than we were expecting. The rugs were great value for money especially considering they're 100% wool and not the plastic crap you see everywhere these days. 10/10 would recommend!
